What you can expect with us

At Tribal Strength, you're not going to find the same thing you would with most coaches/trainers. We care very much about all of our athletes, each of whom is unique and special to us. All of our athletes will receive completely individualized coaching and plans designed to fit with their specific goals and where they are currently in their fitness journey. We aren't templating programs so we can do the least amount of work for the largest amount of money. We aren't giving you a list of things to do and then not paying any attention to you or following up on those things. We will make adjustments and changes as often as needed, on an individual basis, to ensure you have the best possible chance of continuing towards achieving your goals. If you follow the programming as written, you can expect to be challenged, and if you also keep a focus on nutrition, it is very likely that you will see great results. We care about you and your results.

Personal Training

One on One Personal Training sessions are ideal for clients who enjoy more focused, individualized attention. If you’re beginning (or beginning again) your journey with fitness and strength, if you’re training for very specific goals, or if you prefer privacy during training, this option is perfect.

​Family Personal Training sessions are ideal for couples or parents and children who enjoy training together. Sometimes family members will have different needs and goals, and their training will reflect those individualities.

Small Group Training

Small Group Training sessions are ideal for several friends who have fun training together. You do not need to be at matching fitness levels to train together. In fact, the most successful training partners are those who have very different challenges and strengths.

Saturday Morning Small Group Training is by invitation only. This is a dedicated group of women who meet weekly for a 30-45 minute intense metabolic training session.

Virtual Training

Virtual Training can be done via Zoom or FaceTime from your own home. You don’t need any special equipment for Virtual Training, but we can incorporate any equipment that you currently have (dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells, resistance bands, etc.)

​Virtual Training is a great option for people who aren’t local to Central Ohio, and for people who prefer to stay home in order to limit social contact.

Online Training

Online Training clients will follow individualized programming delivered via a mobile application called Trainerize. Each client’s programming is written specifically for them, taking into account each individual’s injuries/pain, goals, challenges, and strengths. Every exercise included in the client’s programming will have detailed written or spoken instructions as well as video demonstrations.

​In addition to individualized programming, each client will receive in depth coaching support, including weekly text check-ins, monthly video call check-ins, and accessibility to guidance and support via Trainerize messaging 7 days per week.

Hybrid Training

Hybrid Training incorporates elements of In Person Training and Online Training. Clients will train in person 4 times per month at Tribal Strength.
